BARRETT, Alice H., 92, of Muhlenberg St., Reading, PA, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017 at Manor Care in Sinking Spring. Alice was the widow of William C. Barrett who passed in 1982. A lifetime resident of the Reading area, Alice was born on November 28, 1924; the eldest daughter of Theodore and Theresa (Jennette) Robidas. Alice was a loving mother; tending to her family's needs was important to her. She was tender, kind, resilient and ambitious. Alice was a remarkable cook. She loved her Siamese cat that she called Baby. Alice is survived by her son, William C. Barrett, III and his wife Cheryl; a granddaughter, Ashley Berlin; two great granddaughters, Serena Ercoli and Brenna Schaffer; a great great granddaughter, Elise Ercoli; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Alice is predeceased by her daughter, Candice S. Barrett; a grandson, William C. Barret, IV; two sisters and six brothers. Respectfully noting that all services are private and held at the convenience of the family.
