Daniel W. "Danny" Rentschler

Daniel W. "Danny" Rentschler 41 of Bernville died Friday August 12th in Penn Township.
He was the husband of Stacy A. (Himmelberger) Rentschler. They had shared a marriage of
Nineteen years.
Daniel was born in West Reading on February 13, 1975. He was the son of Larry and Bonnie (Lando) Rentschler of Bernville.
He was the father of three children; Austin D. (17), Julia N. (15), and Autumn O. Rentschler (11) residing at home.
Daniel has a sister; April wife of Josh Jonas of Bernville; and a brother, Chris husband of Louise Rentschler of Shrewsbury.
Also, surviving are his Father/Mother in law, Winson and Angelyn Himmelberger of Strausstown. Brother in law, Douglas Himmelberger of Strausstown. Sister/Brother in law, Casey Lynn wife of Brendan Quinn of Harrisburg. There are five nieces and nephews.
Dan was a member of St. Thomas Church in Bernville. He was a graduate of Tulpehocken High School and Pennsylvania State University. He was very active in the various athletic programs at Tulpehocken.
Daniel was employed the past fifteen years last working as a manager for Penske Truck Rental of Green Hills.
Memorial services will be held at St Thomas Church, Bernville on Monday, August 22nd at 4 P.M.
Followed by a private Inurnment in St. Thomas Cemetery.
A remembrance luncheon will be held at St Thomas Church on Monday the 22nd at 6 P.M. following the inurnment where the family will receive friends. No viewing.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to an educational fund that has been established, made payable to the "Children of Daniel Rentschler".
