Dennis L. Angelisanti, 80, of Wyomissing, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022 in the Reading Hospital.

Born on September 11, 1942, he was the son of the late Louis and Josephine (Zielinski) Angelisanti. He was the husband of Mary (Lees) Angelisanti with whom he shared 20 years of marriage.

Dennis was a 1960 graduate of Reading Central Catholic High School and went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Business from LaSalle University. He was a proud United States Air Force Veteran having served for 24 years, including deployment during the Vietnam War, and retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He was then employed as a contracting officer for the Department of Defense and later for the FDIC. He loved sailing and fast cars and taking road trips with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Mary, Dennis is survived by his children, Susan Batten, wife of Grover, Dennis Angelisanti, husband of Susan, and step-son, Mark Mendicino, husband of Amy. Also surviving are grandchildren, Alexander Clarke, Amanda Clarke, Nicole Angelisanti, Ryan Angelisanti, Sarah Angelisanti, Amanda Wilbur and Joshua Mendicino and great grandchildren, Gracie and Herman Wilbur.

Dennis was predeceased by his first wife, Mary Alice (Kalck) Angelisanti in 2000.

Funeral services for Dennis will be announced at a later date.
