Doris F. (Meck) Reifinger

Doris F. (Meck) Reifinger, of Temple, passed away on Saturday, May 4^th in Berks Heim.

Doris was married to the late Harold L. Reifinger who passed away January 2001. 

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Charles Meck and Maude (Bachert) Meck.

Doris graduated from Muhlenberg High School, class of 1954.

She retired from Essex and Barr Insurance where she was employed for ten years and was previously employed by Bachman Pretzel’s.

She was a member of Alsace Lutheran Church.

Doris was a NASCAR fan and a member of the Muhlenberg Garden Club.

Doris is survived by a daughter, Donna L. Krick, wife of Robert Krick of Fleetwood and a son, Douglas Reifinger.

There are three grandchildren, B J Weaver, husband of Becky Weaver of Perkiomenville, Neal Weaver, husband of Mackenzie Weaver of Blandon, and Josh Reifinger of Leesport.

There are two step grandchildren, Jeffrey T. Krick, husband of Angela Krick of Laureldale and Jessica L. Schnettler, wife of Chris Schnettler of Denver, PA.

Also, there are eleven great grandchildren.

Doris enjoyed attending all her grandchildren and great grandchildren activities. 

She is survived by a sister, Joyce Rothenberger, widow of Larry Rothenberger of Blandon and predeceased by a brother, Charles Meck, Jr.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family with burial in Laureldale Cemetery.

The Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home in Temple is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
