Franklin D. Roth

Franklin D.R. Roth, formerly of Reading, son of the late Franklin and Emma Roth.

Born: October 22nd, 1936.

He finally got the peace and quiet he wanted on October 7th, 2023 passing away in Georgia .

He served in the US Navy on the USS Castor during the Korean War.

He was a Painter in the union, a member of the Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades #55 of Reading retiring in 1998.

He loved to travel and loved his family with his whole heart.

He was predeceased by his wife Ruth E (Woomer) Roth.

He was also predeceased by his 3 children; Dawn Marie Roth, Dennis Roth, & Coral Roth.

He is survived by his partner Colleen Emes, his children George Roth, husband of Sophia, Glenn Roth, husband of Kathleen, and Katrina Anspach, wife of Edward.

He is survived by his grandchildren: Laura Shumiloff, Michelle Velo, Christopher Roth, Casey Roth, Tamara Petry, Joshua Roth, E.J. Mierzewski, Autumn Roth, and Steven Roth. And his great-grandchildren: Draven, Daniella, Daniel, Casel, Hunter, Ariana, Drake, Peter, Alyssa, Zander, Shyanna, Ciani, Eric, Travice, Kaiden, Falcon, Jayson, Jazmine, and Alexandria.

Franklin is also survived by a sister, Brenda Fick.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 14^th at 10 AM in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple.

A viewing will be held on Saturday morning from 9 AM until 10 AM in the Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in Berks County Memorial Gardens in Maidencreek Township.
