Grace Irene Wirtz

Grace Irene Wirtz, 89 of Bernville passed away on November 8 at Reading Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Walter and Grace (Taylor) Bisson. Irene was born in the family home, August 7, 1936 in Southhampton, PA.

She married the love of her life, William Wirtz, Jr. on Oct. 2, 1957. They enjoyed 47 years of marriage before he passed on June 7, 2004

Irene had one son, William Wirtz III who passed away May 26, 2013.

She enjoyed jigsaw and word search puzzles and gardening. Irene cherished her beloved pets.

Per Irene's wishes there will be no service. Burial is private at Doylestown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Salvation Army, Bernville Fire Co. & Ambulance can be made in her honor.
