James J. Dalton III

James J. Dalton, 3rd, 69, of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away Wednesday, September 25th in his residence of natural causes.

He was married to the late Dawn E. (Mull) Dalton.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late James J. Dalton, Jr. and Laura (Schoelkope) Dalton.

He graduated from Muhlenberg High School in 1961 and then served in the Air Force during the Viet Nam War.

He was employed by the former Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. in Pottstown for fourteen years and then for the former Western Electric in Reading for twenty years.
He was a member of the Central Fire Co. and Evergreen Country Club.

Survivors include a step son, Kyrien J. Lush, Jr., husband of Lisa of Muhlenberg Twp. and four step grandchildren.
He had two siblings, Jerry C. Dalton and Janice L. Lamm.
Also, he is predeceased by a step daughter, Kristine A. Drebushenko and a step son, Nick S. Lush.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 28th at 10:30 AM in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc. 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple with Rev. Grant Wickert officiating. Interment will follow in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton. Family and friends may call Saturday morning from 9:30 AM until time of service in the funeral home.
