Jeanette V. Fairchild Wolfe

Jeanette V. (Schmeck) Fairchild Wolfe, 92, of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away Thursday, March 31st in Manor Care in Laureldale.
She was married to the late Edwin A. Fairchild who passed away August 22, 1971.
Born in Temple, she was the daughter of the late Earl Schmeck and Lottie (Miller) Schmeck.
Jeanette graduated from Muhlenberg High School in 1942.
She was employed as a layout operator for the former AT Technology for twenty eight years retiring in 1986.
She was a member of the ladies auxiliary of the Temple Fire Co. and a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Surviving are two daughters, Diane E., wife of Allen S. Rohrbach of Muhlenberg Twp. and Linda J. Deiro of Brooklyn, NY.
There are three grandchildren, Melissa, wife of Anthony Papola, Jessica Deiro Berryessa, and Michael Rohrbach and wife Angie.
Also, four great grandchildren, Courtney, Claudia, Julian, and Andrew and two step great grandchildren, Emma and Kayla.
She is predeceased by a sister, Ferrell Ellis.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 6th at 10 AM in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple with Rev. Thomas Irwin, Jr., officiating.
Interment will follow in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton.
A viewing will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 pm and Wednesday morning from 9 am until time of service.
