Sinking Spring

With sadness, love, and profound gratitude, the family of Jenna Nicole (Hornberger) Schreiber, 38, announces her passing on September 9, 2023, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a cherished and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.

She is survived by her loving husband B. Tucker Schreiber, and daughter, Willow, of Sinking Spring.

Born August 2, 1985, in Reading, she was the daughter of William G. and Stephanie Hornberger. Jenna was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School, where she met her future husband, Tucker, and Kutztown University, where she majored in marketing. She was employed in various marketing roles in her career including at Reese, Lentz Milling, and most recently Brenntag.

The most important thing to Jenna was her family, and she was an amazing wife and mother. She loved Disney World trips with Tucker and Willow, and her weekends were filled with watching movies, cheering on the Eagles, and hosting family and friends for pool days. She was always the fun aunt, spoiling her nieces and nephews, who called her Auntie J. Jenna enjoyed life and experiences and being around people, throughout her life and during her cancer. She was vibrant, kind to all, and lit up a room. She always knew how to talk to people and make them feel welcome and comfortable and how to bring a smile to their faces. She will be missed every day.

Other survivors include sister Jacqueline M. Hornberger, wife of James T. McGann, and brother Jason M. Hornberger, husband of Amanda J. Hornberger.  Jenna is also survived by her nieces Nina and Jane and nephews George and Jack.
