He was the husband of Nancy D. (Ulmer) Lucas.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was the son of the late Earl and Catherine (Sabbath) Lucas.
Surviving along with his wife are children: Mark E., John R., and Linda D. Lucas.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. The Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., Temple is entrusted with the arrangements.
