Joseph A. Surman, 59, of Temple, passed away on March 21, 2020 at his residence.
He was born in Philadelphia to the late John and Patricia (Carroll) Surman on April 8, 1960.
Joseph is survived by his long time companion of 17 years, Elizabeth Ann Cox of Temple, PA and his loving sister, Susan Mohan and her companion Ron Starkman of Temple, PA.
Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
Burial will take place in the Oakland Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA.
