Kathryn M. Kehr

Kathryn M. Kehr, 88, formerly of Muhlenberg Twp., passed away Sunday, September 15th in Berks Heim, Bern Twp.

Kathryn was married to the late John R. Kehr who passed away December 10, 2009.

Born in Temple, she was the daughter of the late Frank P. Pehlman and Elva M. (Hartman) Pehlman.
Kathryn was co-owner with her late husband John of Kehr's Flower Shop in Laureldale for thirty years retiring in 1985.
Kathryn was a member of Zion Spies Evangelical Reformed Church in Alsace Twp.
In earlier years she assisted in the making of candy at St. Stephen's UCC in Reading.

Surviving are two sons, Steven J. Kehr, husband of Diana of Kissimmee, Florida and Michael W. Kehr, husband of Barbara of Reading.
Two grandchildren, Richard Kehr and Melissa Mitchell, wife of Nicholas.
There are four great grandchildren, Gwen, Kai, Aribella, and Ava Kehr.

Funeral services will be Friday, September 20th at 11 AM in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd. Temple with Rev. Merrill Marisseau officiating. Interment will follow in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Tuckerton. Family and friends may attend a viewing Friday morning from 10 AM until time of service in the funeral home.
