Lillian S. Pletz

Lillian S. (Breidegam) Pletz 89 formerly of Glenside and Bethel died Friday morning in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading. Most recently, Lillian, was a guest at the Grandview Manor, Fleetwood.

Lillian was born in West Reading on September 26, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Robert R. and Lillian (Becker) Breidegam.

Surviving are two sons; Kenneth R. husband of Cheryl Pletz of Australia, and Warren W. husband of Luisa M. Pletz of Bernville. Also, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Lillian is survived by two brothers; Ray Breidegam of Reading, and Frank Breidegam of Exeter Township. She is also survived by two sisters; Shirley Barry of Wernersville and Jackie Eshbach of Fleetwood.

Lillian was predeceased by two sisters; Gloria Condos, and Mary Bear.

Mrs. Pletz was a past co-owner and secretary of the former family business of W.W. Pletz & Sons Contractors of Reading. She was a graduate of Reading High School.

Funeral services will be on Friday at 10:30 A.M. from Kirkhoff Funeral Home, Bernville. The family will receive friends on Friday 9:30 until time of service. No viewing.
