Mark P. Schaeffer

Mark Paul Schaeffer, 79, formerly of Bernville, passed away Wednesday, October 11th in Exeter Greens Care and Rehabilitation in Exeter Twp.

Mark was married to Mary Ann (Rudy) Schaeffer of Topton. Mark and Mary were married on February 14, 1963.

Born in Denver, PA, he was the son of the late Paul and Carrie (Wolf) Schaeffer.

Mark was a member of Christ Little Tulpehocken Church in Jefferson Twp.

Throughout Mark's life he was employed as a brick layer and carpenter.

Mark was formerly a member of the Fire Police in the Strausstown Fire Co. and several other local fire companies in the Strausstown and Bernville area.

Surviving are Mark's siblings, Sandra Schaeffer of Denver, PA, Rosean Stauffer, wife of Elam "Tony" Stauffer of Ephrata, and Ray Schaeffer and wife Betty M. Schaeffer of Wernersville.
Also, there is a niece, Harmony Wentzel, wife of Matthew Wentzel and a nephew, Harley Schaeffer and wife Agnes Schaeffer.
There is one Godchild, Barbara Orcutt, wife of Kevin Orcutt.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
