Mary M. Gaetani

Mary M. Gaetani, 87, of Temple, passed away Tuesday, September 17th in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Twp.

She was the widow of Silvio D. Gaetani who passed away November 23, 2000. Mary was a devoted wife celebrating forty nine years of marriage to Silvio.

Born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Emilia (Cappelletti) Mecozzi.

She was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park.
She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and reading.
Mary was a loving mother and a loving Nonna.

Surviving are two sons, Michael J. Gaetani and John R. Gaetani, husband of Loretta both of Temple.

There are five grandchildren, Avis Gaetani, Sciarra Brown, Mario, Rebecca, and Antonio Gaetani. Also, one great grandchild, Connor Brown.

She is predeceased by three brothers, Frank, Phil, and John Mecozzi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday September 23rd at 10 AM in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, 3121 Kutztown Rd., Hyde Park, Reading, PA 19605 with Rev. Msgr. Dennis T. Hartgen and Rev. E. Michael Camilli celebrants. Entombment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery Chapel of Resurrection Mausoleum. A viewing will be held on Sunday evening from 6:30 until 8:30 PM in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd., Temple.
