Patricia Ann (Dullen) Wagonseller

May 26, 1939 — October 22, 2021

Patricia Ann "Pat" Wagonseller, née Dullen, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, October 22, 2021, in Daphne, Alabama. She was 82 years old.

Pat was born on May 26, 1939, in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania to the late Thomas Clair Dullen and Mary Jeanetta "Netty" Dullen, née Shearer. Upon graduation from Lock Haven Senior High School in 1957, she attended the Reading Hospital School of Nursing where she attained her license as a registered nurse in 1960. During her studies she met the love of her life, Skip, and they married shortly after her graduation on June 18, 1960. Soon after, they began their family and Pat became the very proud mother of three boys - Rick, Tom, and Rob. Pat successfully juggled both motherhood and her nursing career; in 2000, she retired. Afterwards she stayed busy traveling, bowling, volunteering at her local library, and actively serving with her church, Trinity Bible Fellowship. Pat was an avid reader and player of card games and crosswords. She also enjoyed gardening, baking, cooking, and crocheting; she often used her talents to the benefit of her loved ones.

Pat was a devoted wife, loving mother, dedicated daughter and beloved grandmother, or rather Nana, to her family. She had the rare ability to be both incredibly kind and no-nonsense simultaneously. She was a welcoming friend and mentor to many and faced down life’s many challenges with a sense of humor that kept things in perspective for not only herself but those around her. She leaves behind a wonderful legacy of family, friendship, and faith in Jesus Christ.

Pat is preceded in death by her devoted husband of nearly 59 years, Walter Richard "Skip" Wagonseller. She is survived by her three sons, Walter Richard "Rick" (Jenny) Wagonseller, Jr. of Kelletville, Pennsylvania, Thomas (Karla) Wagonseller of Sarasota, Florida, and Robert (Michelle) Wagonseller of Daphne, Alabama; six grandchildren, Sarah, Kortney, Elizabeth, Matthew, Josh, and Rachel; five great-grandchildren, Eli, Emma, Khloe, Cash, and Samuel; and brother Ronald (Margaret) Dullen.

Services will be held at Trinity Bible Fellowship Church, 220 Main Street, Blandon, Pennsylvania, on Friday, November 5, 2021. A viewing will begin at 10:00 am and will last until 11:00 am, at which time the memorial service will begin. Burial will follow at Laureldale Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of the many organizations working to fight Alzheimer’s in hope that a cure is soon found.
