Paul R. Stief

Paul R. Stief, 76, of North Heidelberg Twp., passed away Monday, July 18th in his residence.

Paul was married to Jane E. (Ellis) Stief.

Born in Brecknock Twp., he was the son of the late Paul L. Stief and Caroline (Melligan) Stief.

Paul was employed by Martin Limestone in Denver, PA.

Paul was a member of Hamburg Masonic Lodge # 406, F.&A.M. and the Rajah Shrine of Reading.

Additional survives include Paul's children, Paul E. Stief, Steven R. Stief and fiancé Elaine Wickel both of Bernville, Lisa A. (Stief) Dell of Shoemakersville, and Diane R. (Stief) Schlenker and husband Paul R. of Bernville.

There are four grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, and Joshua Dell and Alvin Schlenker.

There is a sister, Sylvia Reasner and husband Jack of Stoney Creek. He is predeceased by a brother, Perry M. Stief.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 22nd at 10 am in the Kirkhoff Funeral Home, 206 N. Main St., Bernville with Pastor Mark Caston officiating.

A visitation with the family will be held on Thursday evening from 6 until 8 pm and Friday morning from 9 until 10 am in the funeral home.

Interment will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Spring Twp.
