Richard M. Frey

Richard M. Frey, 75, of Sinking Spring, formerly of Bernville, passed away Friday, September 15^th in Penn State, St. Joseph Hospital.

Richard was married for forty-nine loving years to Karen E. (Zerbe) Frey.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Monroe and Marian (Speicher) Frey.

Richard is survived by two sons, Patrick R. Frey of Sinking Spring and Alan R. Frey of Bernville.

Richard is a graduate of ELCO High School. He then served for four years in the U. S. Army from 1966 until 1970.

He was a mail carrier for the U. S. Post Office for over thirty years retiring in 2010.

In earlier years he coached little league baseball for the Bernville Area Recreation Assoc. He enjoyed watching baseball and hockey.

Also, he enjoyed golfing and bowling.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family with burial in Bern Cemetery.
