Richard L. Kehler, Jr.

Richard L. Kehler, Jr., 77, of Jefferson Twp., passed away Thursday, October 26^th in the Reading Hospital.

Richard was married for fifty-eight loving years to his wife Diana R. (Kissling) Kehler.

He was the son of the late Richard L. Kehler, Sr. and Mildred (Zaleha) Kehler.

Additional survivors include three children, Kimberly R. White of Saegertown, PA, Diana L. Cornelius and husband Darrin H. Cornelius of Bedford, PA, and Richard L. Kehler, 3^rd and wife Brynn Kehler of York, PA.

There are six Grandchildren, Andrew, Peter, and Emily Baldwin, Sierra Cornelius and husband Austin Sipes, Hunter Cornelius, and Dylan Kehler.

There is a sister, Dianne Hain and husband Jeffery Hain.

He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.

Richard was a graduate of Ashland High School and then served in the U.S. Marine Corp. for several years.

Richard was employed for several years for Penn DOT, retiring in 2012.

In his earlier years he was employed as a Police Officer for Bern Twp., Leesport, and Myerstown and for GTE, General Telephone Electric.

He was a member of Bethesda Reedsville Evangelical Congregational Church in Schuylkill Haven.

He enjoyed trapping, hunting, and fishing.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
