Sally L. (Krammes) Sabatucci
June 3, 1932 — June 6, 2018
Sally L. (Krammes) Ellis Sabatucci, 86, of Blandon, passed away Wednesday evening June 6, 2018 in her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Sally was married to the late Joseph E. Sabatucci who passed away February 18, 2001.
Born in Pine Grove on June 3, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Winfield Krammes and Pauline (Klick) Krammes.
Sally was a 1950 graduate of Reading High School.
Sally was co owner with her late husband Joseph of the former Tenth and Marion Café in Reading for eighteen years.
She was a member of the Tuckerton Nifty Fifty Club. She enjoyed traveling with her friends, coordinating many of the trips.
She really enjoyed Thursday night dinners with her friends.
Sally was a very loving and giving person to everyone.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Grane Hospice for the excellent care and wonderful support they gave to Sally.
Surviving are three children, Barry S. Ellis of Blandon, Bryan W. Ellis and wife Deborah Ellis of Fleetwood, and Brenda J. (Ellis) Kripplebauer and husband Robert Kripplebauer of Blandon.
There are two step daughters, Gina A. Sabatucci-Thomas and husband Robert Thomas of West Lawn and Jolyn Casper of Muhlenberg Twp.
There are five grandchildren, Nichole Phillips and husband Michael, Chad Smith and wife Erin, Tracy Kuhn fiancé of Michael Siegfried, Kaitlyn Ellis and Erin Ellis.
Also, six great grandchildren, Ethan Smith, Piper Smith, Emily Kuhn, Raziel Quintero, Phoenix Quintero, and Luna Quintero.
She is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, step grandchildren, and step great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 13th at 11 am in the Milkins Giles Funeral Home, Inc., 4914 Kutztown Rd. Temple.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 pm and Wednesday from 10 until 11 am in the funeral home.
Entombment will follow the service on Wednesday in the Gethsemane Cemetery Chapel of Resurrection Mausoleum, Laureldale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society, 1801 N. 11th St., Reading, PA 19604.
