Sharon A. Moyer

Sharon A. Moyer, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2026, in Bernville, Pennsylvania. Born on August 29, 1947, in Sellersville, PA, Sharon lived a life rich in love, creativity, and devotion to her family.

Sharon’s gentle spirit was accompanied by a passion for crafts that brought joy and beauty into her home and the lives of those around her. She was especially known for her skill and enthusiasm in creating homemade cards, scrapbooking, and candle making. These hobbies were not just pastimes but a reflection of her warm and thoughtful nature.

She is survived by her children, Jamie Moyer, Joshua Moyer, and Jaquill Moyer, who carry forward her legacy of kindness and dedication. Sharon also took immense pride and joy in her grandchildren—Conner, Roanna, Oliver, Nelia, and Tanner—each of whom held a special place in her heart. Her brothers, Jimmy Benner and Alan Benner, remain a source of family strength and connection.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin C. and Helen A. (Alderfer) Benner, whose memories she cherished deeply throughout her life. She was also lovingly remembered by her sister, Mary Ellen Nice.

Sharon’s final moments were spent surrounded by her loving family, a testament to the strong bonds she nurtured through the years. Her faith and commitment to her community were celebrated at the Oley Valley Mennonite Church, 1571 Memorial Highway, Oley, PA, where a visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2026. This will be followed by a funeral service from 11:00 a.m., allowing all who knew her to pay their respects and honor her memory.

Her life was one of quiet strength and heartfelt devotion, and though she has passed, the warmth of her love and the imprint of her creative spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate to know her. Sharon A. Moyer will be profoundly missed, remembered always with reverence and affection.
