William R. Hoffman Jr

William R. "Bill" Hoffman, Jr., 48, formerly of Mohrsville, passed away Sunday October 15th in his residence in Bernville of natural causes.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of Grace C. E. (Oxenreider) Hoffman and the late William R. Hoffman, Sr.

Bill was a 1988 graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School.

Bill loved the outdoors. He really loved to hunt and fish.

Bill was a member of the Northkill Rod and Gun Club and the Hamburg Game Assoc.

Surviving are three children, William R. Hoffman, III, Colton Hoffman, and Hunter Hoffman.

Bill has three sisters, Yvonne Geiger wife of Robert Geiger, Grace Shurr, wife of Randall Shurr, and Sheila S. Hoffman and her significant other Brian Eschbach.

Bill has nieces and nephews which include, Olivia and Matthew Geiger, Lacey Baxter, Whitney Shurr, Lennie K. Smith, Jr., and Skye S. Scheidt.

There is a great niece Lilly Shafer and a great nephew Owen Baxter.

Also, Bill is survived by numerous cousins on the Hoffman side of the family including Joseph A. Smith.

A Graveside Service and Interment will be held on Wednesday, October 25th at Noon in Fairview Cemetery (Belleman's) of Centre Twp., 3540 Bellemans Church Rd, Mohrsville, PA 19541.

The Kirkhoff Funeral Home, 206 N. Main St., Bernville, PA 19506 is entrusted with the funeral arrangements and will be accepting contributions for Bill's funeral to assist the family with funeral expenses.
