Zachary S. Vaughn

Zachary S. Vaughn, loving father, husband, brother, uncle and son passed away on Saturday, February 15th at the age of 47.  Zach is survived by his wife Jaime Vaughn, his two children Brody and Hannah Vaughn and stepson Charlie Patterson.

Born in Camden, NJ, he was the son of Mary (Labance) Vaughn of Bellmawr NJ and the late James Vaughn. He is survived by four siblings, William (Michelle) Kossmann, Patti (Dave) Gardner, Joni (Larry) Peterson, Jessie Vaughn, and many nieces and nephews who adored him.

Zach was an outdoor enthusiast and enjoyed camping, kayaking, biking and off-road sports. He was an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 651 in Auburn, PA.  He cherished camping trips with his son, spending time with his daughter and was a caring role model for his step-son.

His faith was very important to him and he was an active member of Christ Evangelical Free Church.

Zach was a huge presence in the PA and NJ off-road community and the owner of AtoZ Fabrication.  He was an original innovator in his sport and well known and loved throughout the Industry.  The incredible outpouring of support we have received from family and friends is a testament to Zach’s years of hard work and friendships forged over many trails.

He touched the lives of countless people and new acquaintances were immediately friends.  He was selfless and always put the needs of others above his own.  His infectious smile would brighten every room.  He will be missed dearly by all that knew him.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd at 11 am in Christ Evangelical Free Church, 8477 Route 183, Bethel, PA 19507.

Family and friends may attend a visitation with the family on Saturday at 10 am in the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at mycefc.org/give.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
