Clarence D. Kemmerer

March 18, 1940 — May 25, 2022

Clarence D. Kemmerer, 82, formerly of Ruscombmanor Township, passed away on May 25, 2022 in Reading Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Born on March 18, 1940, he was a son to the late Charles and Sarah (Burkert) Kemmerer. He was the husband of the late Gail A. (Hartman) Kemmerer with whom he shared 39 years of marriage at her time of passing on September 13, 2011.Clarence was the long-time companion to Nadine Venzke.

Clarence was employed by Lehigh Cement, formerly Allentown Cement, in Evansville, for 39 ½ years until his retirement in December of 2005. During his time there, Clarence was able to work his way up to be employed as the Control Room Operator. Clarence was a lifetime member at Strausstown Fire Company and Hamburg Fire Company and also was a member of the Retiree’s Club through Lehigh Cement Company.

In addition to his companion, Nadine Venzke, Clarence is survived by his children, Troy D. Kemmerer, husband of Michelle, of Mohrsville, and Lisa B. Nemeroff, wife of Jeffrey, of Sinking Spring. Also surviving are grandchildren, Weston Kemmerer, husband of Amanda, Elizabeth Kemmerer, companion of Brian Piekarski, Collin Nemeroff, Fiancé of Allen Liszcz, and Ruby Nemeroff; Great Grandchildren, Brinley and Rowan; Siblings Roland Kemmerer and Grace Fick.

Clarence is predeceased by his siblings, Charles Kemmerer, Fern Eschbach, Susanna Watt, Harriett Noll, Sarah Keller, Dorothy Bossler and Richard Kemmerer.

A viewing will be held, Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 10:00 am – 11:30 am with a memorial service beginning at 11:30 am in the Milkins Trymbiski Funeral Home, 4914 Kutztown Road, Temple.

Interment will be held at Berks County Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Clarence’s name may be made to Char-Wills Rescue, 2 East Railroad Road, New Ringgold, PA​  17960.
