Franklin K. Bubbenmoyer

Franklin K. Bubbenmoyer, 88, formerly of Bernville, passed away New Year’s Eve at the Masonic Village in Elizabethtown PA.

He was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Anna D. (Ruth) Bubbenmoyer.

Born in Maidencreek Twp, he was the son of the late Clarence and Ula Bubbenmoyer.

He was a 1947 graduate of Penn Bernville High School, serving as class President.

Frank and Anna were former owners of The Nosegay Florist and the Jefferson Drive-In. He was previously employed by Bubbenmoyer Supermarket and Heidelberg Country Club.

Frank retired as a manager for ServiceMaster at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was a Mason at Williamson Lodge #307 in Womelsdorf.

Frank is survived by his brother, Roy T (Jane) of Bernville, several nephews, a niece, and friends Scott and Diane Sulzer.

He was predeceased by a brother Lawrence.

Services will be private with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.

The Kirkhoff Funeral Home in Bernville is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
